Our project management team focus on all critical framework that support and ensure project completion on time and within budget.
By establishing a clear direction, instruction and a clear line of communication between client, designers, engineers, vendors, contractors and authorities starting from Pre-Design Phase, Conceptual Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Documentation and Permitting Phase, Sourcing and Procurement Phase, Construction and Implementation Phase to Finalization and Handover Phase.

Manor Aspirer's commitment to quality is evident by establishing ourselves to a network of reputable vendors, skilled carpenters and welders work together to produce high-quality materials, engineers and architects who share their values of excellence and reliability, allowing them to collaborate on long-term projects and deliver exceptional results.
Our project management approach ensures that every project is carefully managed from start to finish, with an experienced project manager, quantity surveyor (QS) & site supervisors assigned to oversee the entire process both on-site and off-site respectively. These dedicated professionals will be responsible for controlling costs, timelines, and resources to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and within budget, guaranteeing a successful outcome.
Manor Aspirer's dedicated Quality Control (QC) executive conducts thorough on-site checks to ensure that every product and workmanship meets the highest standards of quality, guaranteeing that only the best is delivered to clients.

Manor Aspirer's trading business specializes in serving the oil and gas industry as well as health related sector, leveraging strategic partnerships with specialized vendors or general vendors to supply essential equipment and materials ranging from office furniture and equipment, IT hardware and devices, medical equipment and consumable and others .
With a dedicated account executive assigned to each client, we provide prompt and personalized service, ensuring that client requests are promptly attended to and exceeded.

Dr. Natasha Ain, is a well-known and respected fertility specialist with qualifications from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, and specialist degree from the UK. She is currently a Senior Specialist at a private medical establishment located in Kuala Lumpur. Her knowledge in the medicine is pivotal in to Manor Aspire trading bsuiness.

Mohd Rafie
Project Director
Mohd Rafie, a seasoned engineer with a degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, has a wealth of experience in project management, having worked in Sydney and Kuala Lumpur for the first 10 years of his career. He honed his skills in contract management and costing at Sunway Construction, before becoming a director at Unijaya Industri Sdn Bhd, where he successfully secured projects and managed them from tender to handover. With 20 years of experience and industry expertise, he is well-equipped to lead Manor Aspirer towards achieving its mission, vision, and objectives.

IDr Mohd Faizal Othman
Senior Creative Manager
Mohd Faizal, a graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Skudai's Interior Architecture program, has a distinguished career as a senior designer in top architectural firms in Kuala Lumpur, including NR Design Group and Neuformation Architect. As a member of Lembaga Architect Malaysia (LAM) and Malaysia Institute of Interior Designers (MIID), he is renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. With his extensive knowledge of the industry, Mohd Faizal is adept at incorporating client preferences and requirements into designs while finding cost-effective solutions that maintain design aesthetics.
